This Privacy Policy explains how Brick Break: Multi Ball Arcade ("Brick Break", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you install or use the iOS app.

1. Information the App Handles

Brick Break is a mobile arcade game. The app does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, address, photos, contacts, microphone access, or precise location.

Gameplay data stored on your device. The app may save local progress, level state, settings, best scores, best times, and continue/reward state on your device.
Advertising and consent data. The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform to show ads, manage consent, and provide privacy options.
Device identifiers and usage signals for ads. Depending on your consent choices and Apple App Tracking Transparency status, advertising SDKs may process identifiers, ad interaction data, coarse location, diagnostics, product interaction, performance data, and related signals for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and app functionality.
Support communications. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

2. How Information Is Used

To run gameplay, save progress, remember settings, and support rewarded continue options.
To show banner ads and optional rewarded ads.
To manage consent choices and ad privacy options where required.
To measure ad performance, diagnose technical issues, prevent fraud, and keep the game available.
To respond to support requests.

3. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking Choices

Brick Break uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Where required, the app presents consent options before requesting ads. On iOS, the app may ask for Apple App Tracking Transparency permission before using the device advertising identifier for tracking. You can deny tracking permission in the Apple prompt or change tracking choices later in iOS Settings.

If a privacy-options entry is available in the app for your region, you can use it to review or update ad consent choices.

We do not sell personal information directly. Advertising partners may process data to provide ads, measure ads, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements, depending on your consent choices and regional law.

6. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app or the device removes app data. Third-party advertising and diagnostics providers retain data according to their own policies. Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to you and maintain support records.

7. Children

Brick Break is not designed for children under 13 and is not submitted as a Kids Category app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards for the app and rely on platform and third-party SDK protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date when material changes are made.
